What is PlusBus?
From just £2.80 per day, you can add unlimited bus travel to your train ticket.
PlusBus is available to many towns and cities across Britain. You can change between train and bus services with PlusBus at over 270 railway stations nation-wide.
How does it work?
Ask for PlusBus when buying your train ticket, for unlimited bus travel around town on all participating bus operators' services. Your bus travel can be at the start, the finish, or both parts of your train journey. For each town there is one zone that covers the whole urban area (from more information on the areas covered, please visit www.plusbus.info).
With your PlusBus ticket you can travel as much as you like by bus within this zone. PlusBus can be added to most types of train ticket:
- single or day return;
- period return;
- season ticket (for set periods, to match your train season ticket: 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, a year).
You pay for your complete train and bus journey in one easy transaction.
Students save even more!
