Concessionary Passes and SaverCards

Concessionary passes and Savercards are both accepted on the HertsLynx service. 

To make a booking using a Concessionary pass or a SaverCard via the app or booking page please follow the below steps:

1. Select your chosen journey and continue to the payment screen
    
2. Select ‘Add a discount/subscription’
    
3. A “Discounts and Subscriptions” box will appear, you can then add either a Concessionary Pass or a SaverCard to your booking.
    
4. Your fare will be automatically discounted depending on your pass type

Please note that the driver will request to see your valid Concessionary pass or SaverCard when boarding the vehicle. If a journey is booked under the discounted rate but a valid pass is not presented to the driver, the journey will be cancelled.
