Service split into 14, 14B and 14C. Additional journeys added Mondays to Fridays (14 and 14B). Saturday service also added and one journey starts from Epping Station on Saturdays.

Monday to Friday service added. Additional journeys introduced on Saturdays and the service has been re-routed via Shernbroke Road Estate.

H1/H2/H3/H4 Hertford Circulars
Central Connect
Various timing changes to improve service reliability. H3 journeys to Camp Hill Road have been renumbered H2. Start date for H service changes has been altered, these will now commence from 21st June.
