Route and timetable change.

Revised timetable and route change between Hertford and Welwyn Garden City with buses now operating via the A414 and Panshanger (Watchlytes and Elizabeth House stops). Bus stops on Herns Lane in Welwyn Garden City will no longer be served. No change to frequency.
