13  Waltham Cross Bus Station - Epping St Margarets Hospital
Epping Forest Community Transport
New route via Waltham Abbey and Upshire. Replaces Swallow Coach Co service.

410 Harlow - Waltham Cross Holdbrook Estate

Service withdrawn between Brookfield Centre and Haldbrook Estate. Mondays to Fridays mornig peak period timing adjustments departing Brookfield Centre at 07.04 instead of 07.34, evening peak journeys reduced to hourly. Service change start day delayed from the end of March to the mid April.
