Have Your Say on Bus Ticketing in Hertfordshire

Hertfordshire residents and bus users are invited to share their views on how bus ticketing should work across the county, as part of a new survey launched by Intalink. 

Following recent feedback, Intalink are looking to understand passengers' ticketing experience in greater detail including purchasing and your priorities when it comes to bus tickets. The survey aims to identify what works well and what could be improved , helping shape future ticketing options that better meet the needs of the local communities.
