Our second 'A real ale trail by bus' guide is out now
1 month ago
Our second 'A real ale trail by bus' guide is now available in print and digital form, this time it’s the 331 route from Hertford to Buntingford run by Arriva, Monday to Saturday and A2B Travel on Sundays.
It has been produced in partnership with CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale), Intalink, Arriva and A2B Travel. The project supports both Intalink and CAMRA’s policy to promote the use of public transport in Hertfordshire. CAMRA views this guide as part of its continuing support for the pubs in the county.
The guide is free and lists all the pubs that sell cask ale along the bus route with information on each location including accessibility, food provisions and if the premises is dog friendly. It includes symbols of other pub facilities, town and route maps and general information on the area covered, plus ticketing options.
Copies of the guide are already available on the 331 buses and at Hertford Tourist Office and will soon appear in local libraries and at the pubs included.
An online copy can be found on the CAMRA South Herts Branch website.
