You've asked, we've listened. Accessing your ticketing account just got easier

With the latest version of the Intalink App, app and web accounts will now be merged into a single account with just one login for both.

For the first time, customers will be able to use just one login to access both the Intalink mobile app and Intalink website. This update streamlines the user experience, making it easier than ever to plan journeys, purchase tickets and manage bus travel across Hertfordshire. 

This new system has been introduced as part of the latest version of the Intalink App, available now on both iOS and Android. Existing users that have the same password across both accounts do not need to do anything. If your passwords are different, you will be prompted to reset your password. 

This development comes as part of Intalink’s ongoing efforts to improve integration and make bus travel simpler, smarter and more sustainable.
