Intalink Card
An Intalink Card is the right option for you if you:
- do not have or qualify for a Hertfordshire SaverCard, as you are under the age of 11 or do not live in Hertfordshire, and
- wish to use the full range of Intalink Connect bus tickets, without using the Intalink app, and/or
- wish to use the MentPay transit purse as an alternative to cash to pay for bus travel.
Only One day Intalink Connect tickets and the Colney 7 bus ticket can be purchased on the first bus you use.
If you don’t wish to use the Intalink app then you can purchase Intalink Connect tickets from the Purchase tickets page.
If you don’t already have a valid Hertfordshire SaverCard or Intalink Card then we’ll send you a new Intalink Card when you create your Intalink account. You will also have the option of adding money to your MentPay transit purse and use to pay for travel on bus services operated by participating Hertfordshire bus operators. The Intalink Card will be issued free of charge if you purchase an Intalink Connect ticket and/or add a MentPay balance at the same time, otherwise there will be a £10 charge. The Intalink Connect ticket and/or MentPay balance will be added to the Intalink Card before it is sent to you, so you won’t need to collect them on-bus. The Intalink Card will normally be delivered within seven days of the order date, but this may be longer during busy periods.
