Intalink Connect
Intalink Connect is the new ticket scheme that provides multi-operator travel across Hertfordshire
In the Intalink Connect ticket scheme, the county of Hertfordshire is divided into fourteen separate zones, and tickets can be purchased for travel within one single zone, two adjacent zones, or across all zones within Hertfordshire and certain points beyond.
The Intalink Connect ticket offers unlimited travel on most bus operators' services within the purchased zone(s). An Intalink Connect ticket for one person can be bought for periods of one day, one week, four weeks and 10 1-day bundles. Day tickets of the Intalink Connect All Zones ticket are also available for groups of up to four people.
One day, weekly, four-weekly and 10 one-day ticket bundles are purchased in advance of travel either through the Intalink mobile ticketing app and activated through the app when required, or through the Purchase tickets page for loading onto a Hertfordshire SaverCard* or Intalink Card. One day tickets can still be bought on the first bus boarded but all other period tickets are available only through the app and website.
All Hertfordshire SaverCard holders get a discount of 50% off the basic fare. A 50% discount is also available to all children aged 5 to 10, and children aged 11 to 15 but not in possession of a SaverCard can obtain a 30% discount. (Note the Hertfordshire SaverCard must be valid and linked to your Intalink account.)
Any Intalink Explorer and BUSnet tickets purchased prior to 14th July 2024 and not yet activated can still be used up to their expiry date.
Further information on the validity of the Intalink Connect ticket can be viewed on the Intalink Tickets Terms and Conditions page.
There are some types of bus service on which Intalink Connect tickets cannot be used. There are also some services that do not accept Intalink Connect tickets for part or whole of the route. See Restrictions
